Guidelines & Policy
At UNPAF, we acknowledge that circumstances can change, leading to a change in plans for our attendees. To accommodate such situations, we have established a clear and fair refund policy. This policy is designed to outline the scenarios under which refund requests for our events will be considered and the procedure for processing such requests. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness, prioritizing attendee satisfaction while upholding the quality and integrity of our event organisation and implementation.
Refund Policy Details
In the event of a cancellation of any event registration, a refund fee and service fee totaling $100 USD will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refund request has been done within 14 days.
Restriction on Refunds: Refund requests made beyond the 14-day window will not be entertained or processed, with one exception. International attendees who are unable to participate due to visa denial will be eligible for a special consideration.
Special Consideration for Visa Denial: International delegates who cannot attend the event because of a visa rejection will be eligible for a partial refund. An administrative fee of $100 will be retained to cover processing costs, and the remaining amount will be refunded. This exception is made to mitigate the inconvenience faced by international attendees due to circumstances beyond their control.
This policy reflects our commitment to providing a fair and transparent refund process, ensuring that attendees can make informed decisions regarding their participation in UNPAF events.
